Developing new offerings

Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) knew that to stay competitive meant becoming more consumer focused and relying even more on their customers to help create their future services and offerings

The challenge

To turn the internal idea of a "brick and mortar” store from inspiration into a customer-built reality.

Our approach

Using the FCHP innovation-focused online community, we explored members’ interest and desire in an FCHP “store” and co-created with them to bring to life what a “store” experience could provide them. 

The result

Fallon and its customers designed the company’s first-ever brick and mortar retail center.
