Improving the rheumatoid arthritis treatment onboarding experience to bolster a product’s success.

Our approach

Through an online community, we engaged with individuals living with rheumatoid arthritis to understand factors that would influence and improve treatment selection, new therapy onboarding, and ongoing compliance.

The result

Development of a new brand positioning and creation of new educational materials, including a website geared at creating a positive treatment onboarding experience to help patients get off to the right start and maintain long-term treatment adherence.
